Types of Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation

You may cancel before the stated deadline without cancellation fees.

Partial refund

A portion may be refundable depending on timing and policy.

Non-refundable

No refund may be available after booking.

Approval required

Some cancellations require confirmation from the hotel or property.

How to Cancel

  2. 2 Enter your booking reference and the email used to book.
  3. 3 Review the cancellation terms for the booking.
  4. 4 Submit the cancellation request.
  5. 5 Wait for cancellation confirmation.

A cancellation is not complete until the booking status shows cancelled or you receive cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees, if any, are determined by the room or booking policy, hotel, and timing of cancellation.

heyfiji will show available cancellation information where possible, but final eligibility may depend on the relevant booking provider or accommodation provider.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your stay and do not cancel in time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

No-shows may be non-refundable depending on the policy.

Hotel Rules

Cancellation terms may be controlled by the hotel, room type, booking option, dates, or property rules shown during checkout.

heyfiji cannot override hotel policies unless the relevant provider approves a change or applicable law requires it.

Booking Changes

Changes to dates, guest names, room type, or stay duration may not always be possible and may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

Price differences and hotel approval may apply.
