Who Operates heyfiji
heyfiji is a product by LensReport. References to "heyfiji", "we", "us", or "our" mean LensReport trading as heyfiji, unless the context clearly says otherwise.
heyfiji is operated as a Fiji-focused travel technology and accommodation booking service. Our primary operating location for this product is Fiji.
LensReport may use the heyfiji brand, website, email addresses, booking flows, loyalty features, support channels, and related product names to provide the service.
If formal entity, tax, or service-of-notice details are required for a specific transaction or legal request, contact support and we will provide the appropriate details where required by law.
Use of Website
You may use heyfiji to search for accommodation, compare options, create an account, access eligible member perks, make bookings, manage reservations, and contact support.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, submit false information, or use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Do not create fake bookings or submit misleading guest, account, or payment information.
- Do not abuse member perks, loyalty points, vouchers, promotions, or access restrictions.
- Do not use automated scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering, or security testing without written permission.
Account & Member Perks
Creating a heyfiji account is free. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in details secure.
Some savings and extras on heyfiji may be shown only to signed-in members. Member perks depend on hotel rules, dates, room type, and eligibility.
Signing in does not guarantee that member perks will be shown for every accommodation option. We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.
Accommodation Bookings
heyfiji is a travel technology and booking platform. We are not a hotel, resort, airline, insurer, government authority, or immigration adviser.
Accommodation products may be provided, operated, confirmed, or fulfilled by hotels, resorts, property managers, booking technology providers, or other travel partners.
Your booking may therefore be subject to the terms, policies, restrictions, and conditions of those third parties, including cancellation rules, payment terms, check-in rules, age requirements, deposit requirements, resort fees, local taxes, security deposits, bond requirements, and no-show policies.
Hotels & Travel Partners
heyfiji does not own, operate, manage, or control the hotels, resorts, villas, apartments, or other accommodation shown on the website unless expressly stated.
Accommodation descriptions, room details, amenities, images, star ratings, policies, and prices may be provided by hotels, resorts, or travel technology systems.
We aim to display information clearly and accurately, but final accommodation services are provided by the relevant hotel, resort, or accommodation provider.
heyfiji is not responsible for acts, omissions, service quality, facilities, safety, renovations, closures, overbooking, denied check-in, local charges, or operational decisions of hotels or accommodation providers, except where required by applicable law.
Prices, Booking Options & Taxes
Prices and room options are dynamic and may change until your booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on dates, occupancy, room type, currency, taxes, fees, hotel rules, and member eligibility.
A price shown during search is not guaranteed until the booking is completed and confirmed.
We aim to show taxes and fees clearly before checkout when provided. Some local charges, resort fees, security deposits, city taxes, tourism levies, or hotel-collected fees may be payable directly to the property and may not always be included in the online price.
Payments
Payment may be processed by heyfiji, a payment processor, or another authorised payment provider depending on the booking flow.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable charge, authorisation, or payment request shown at checkout.
A payment attempt, pending bank authorisation, or payment processing screen does not by itself guarantee that your accommodation booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when a confirmation reference is issued and the booking status is shown as confirmed.
If a booking is not confirmed after payment is attempted, we may need to reverse, release, refund, or investigate the transaction depending on the payment provider, bank, booking partner, and fraud checks.
Booking Confirmation
After completing checkout, you should receive a booking reference and confirmation email if your booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for checking that the booking details, dates, guest names, room type, and contact information are correct. If you do not receive confirmation or believe something is incorrect, contact support as soon as possible.
Some bookings may require additional hotel or property confirmation. In that case, the booking status may show as pending until confirmation is completed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific room, hotel, and booking policy shown before checkout.
Some bookings may be refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to cancellation fees. You must review the cancellation rules before confirming your booking.
Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, hotel, and booking status.
Loyalty Points & Vouchers
heyfiji may offer loyalty points, vouchers, rewards, or promotional credits.
Unless otherwise stated, points are awarded only after eligible stays are successfully completed or check-in is verified. Points are not guaranteed at the time of booking or payment and may be reversed if a booking is cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or not completed.
Loyalty points and vouchers have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless allowed, and may be subject to expiry, eligibility rules, redemption limits, and separate loyalty terms.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are accurate, including guest names, dates, email address, phone number, number of guests, ages of children, and any special requests.
You are also responsible for meeting hotel check-in requirements, carrying valid identification, satisfying passport, visa, health, transit, and travel requirements, and complying with property rules.
Special requests are passed on where supported, but they are not guaranteed unless the hotel or accommodation provider confirms them in writing.
Travel Risk & Force Majeure
Travel can be affected by weather, transport disruption, illness, government action, border rules, supplier failure, strikes, natural events, technical outages, or other events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, although we may try to assist where practical and where the booking rules allow it.
You should consider appropriate travel insurance for medical issues, cancellation risk, delays, missed connections, personal belongings, and other travel disruption.
Content Accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but accommodation information may be provided by third parties and can change without notice.
Images, amenities, distances, ratings, room options, policies, and descriptions are provided for guidance and may not always reflect current conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensReport trading as heyfiji will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment, travel disruption, emotional distress, or losses caused by third-party hotels, payment providers, booking technology providers, transport providers, or other service providers.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected booking or service, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is higher.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LensReport trading as heyfiji against reasonable losses, claims, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, inaccurate booking information, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
Privacy & Data
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Booking-related information may need to be shared with hotels, resorts, booking technology providers, payment processors, support providers, and other parties required to complete or manage your booking.
Intellectual Property
heyfiji website content, branding, design, logos, text, layout, and platform features are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the website without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applying in Fiji, except where mandatory consumer, privacy, or travel laws in another place apply and cannot be excluded.
