How do I make a booking?

Search your destination and dates, choose a stay, select a room, enter guest details, complete payment, and wait for your confirmation page and email.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and receive a booking reference by email. You can also check your booking through the Manage Booking page.

Can I book without an account?

Yes. You can browse and book as a guest. Signing in may unlock eligible member perks and lets you save bookings to your account.

Where can I find my booking?

Use the Manage Booking page with your booking reference and the email used during booking. Signed-in users can also view bookings from their dashboard.
