The staff and location. Breakfast was great
Guests noted rooms were clean, but some areas like dining were perceived as run down.

For the price the experience feels more of a show of luxury than the actual thing. For example we arranged for our bags to be taken from our room before departure and nobady showed up and we needed to carry them down ourselves.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, and our room was a great size and very clean. We enjoyed the adults-only pool, which was great for our family and a great space.
Worth knowing
The overall building and fixtures and fittings are a little bit tired and are due an update. This didn't effect our holiday just an observation.
