Everything was terrible - the creatures scratching in the aircon intake to get out was excruciatingly debilitating. The most disgusting, dirty, revolting establishment I have seen for a long time. Hot water didn't work at all ! Place was run down - took a chance and ate in the restaurant - so far haven't been sick, but expect to be

Nothing much to like, first impressions was the unorganised staff member.

It used to be a good place to stay but the property looks outdated, rooms were dirty, not enough lighting in the room, we got rooms 400+ end side of the building, the back doors seemed gemmed, fly screen was so filthy dirty, there were dogs roaming around outside at the back. When we arrived there was no porter to take our luggage, the staffs were unorganised she couldn’t even find our booking. The bed sheets were very small and the single bed was way too small.
