We absolutely loved all the staff, kids club, rooms were always cleaned. Can’t fault as our stay was perfect.
Rooms were very clean and well maintained every day.
Staff were very hospital and accommodated most of our requests.
Beautiful location, very close to the beach.
Ground floor rooms have a high level of humidity, but overall room quality was decent.
Great facilities for kids including Kids club, swimming pool and the water park.
Very relaxing and it was great value.
Food was a good choice and quality but some meals were considered poor.
Overall experience was very positive, particularly for families.

It had all the variety of offerings that we would expect for a top class resort. The restaurant facilities are top class. Breakfast was a real highlight for our whole family. Our accommodation was spacious, well located and outstandingly well serviced. We were especially impressed by the genuine, open friendliness and helpfulness of the resort staff. We would definitely return to this resort, even though we are not big resort type people.
Worth knowing
We only have one recommendation. There is almost no (zero) bench type seating anywhere around this large and widespread resort. A few benches around the facility would be a hugely impactful improvement. We enjoy snorkelling in Pacific Island reefs but unfortunately, this resort cannot boast being blessed with a flourishing coral reef ecosystem. This is not a criticism of the resort but a reality of a shallow reef environment. Irrespective of this, the resort has a wealth of offerings, including a well maintained and interesting golf course and a variety of activities for adults and children.

Perfect for families and large groups.

There was not enough staff. You waited up to an hour for a drink. We had two days without hot water. We had 5 days of 8 with no clean towels.

Food quality and variety: The food offerings were disappointing, with limited options and inconsistent quality throughout our stay. In addition, buffet stations frequently ran out of key dishes, forcing guests to repeatedly check back and wait for replenishment rather than enjoying a relaxed dining experience. * Beverage and Full Board packages: Neither package provided good value for money. The beverage package offered a very limited selection, and the quality of drinks was inconsistent, with many appearing overly diluted. Service was also extremely slow, with wait times often exceeding 30 minutes, even for basic canned beverages during meal times. In hindsight, paying as you go would have been a far better option. * Attention to detail: There appeared to be a lack of attention to detail across several aspects of the guest experience, which significantly impacted the overall quality of the stay. * Service and waiting times: While we understand and appreciate the relaxed “Fiji time” culture, it was too often used as an excuse for excessive delays. Almost every request was met with “it’s coming soon,” yet guests were frequently left waiting far longer than reasonable. On one occasion, we waited over an hour under the sun for the resort pick-up service after repeatedly being told it was on its way. This pattern of overpromising and underdelivering became a recurring source of frustration throughout our stay.

The beaches were beautiful, especially the main family beach, was very calm and warm. The staff were lovely and accomodating and everything you could need was on the island. The bed was very very comfortable and there were great activities you could do for free.

If you’re wanting value for money then this isn’t the place (unless you’re doing all inclusive)! The food and beverage prices were a shock to the system, $16nzd for a can of coke! We spent over $800 (for two people) on food for 5 days, with breakfast included, and skipping lunches! It really put a dampener on the trip when you pay good money to be there already.

The beautiful grounds and beach position is incredible.
Worth knowing
The staff were very unhappy and obviously overworked. The whole hotel needs upgrading. Maintenance of the buildings is beyond poor. It felt like we were staying in a hostel not a hotel. It is more like a 3 star hotel but they charge like it’s a 5 star. The food is incredibly average and service even worse. We were staying in the adult only area paying a lot for our room and tbh we would’ve walked the minute we got there but we had a wedding on there. So very very disappointed.
