A reasonably priced hotel in the Pacific Harbor area

The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating and generally the hotel was good for what it is and has good amenities for couples and families with children. I went mostly for the diving both here and over at Beqa Lagoon.

Worth knowing

After 24hrs of traveling from across the world we had to wait a couple of hours to check-in which wasn't great. Like some others reviews have mentioned, the property does need some refurbishment – The pools are particularly worn with cracked plaster (especially the adult only pool), however it is a reasonably priced resort so if you are expecting ultra luxury at this price point, then you will be disappointed.

The weather was cold and rainy, not a lot to do as all our diving were cancelled and there were many events going on (wedding, team building) We came back one week later for our shark diving which was great

Location is great and the property is very clean and beautiful.

Worth knowing

We had bad experience with that the property took the payment twice. It took me three days to chase for the refund and at the end I had to drive back to the resort from Nadi to get my refund. I still lost AUD $27.00 in refund transfer. I’m not happy about this because it was not my fault but still lost money.

The strong rain shower was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed weaving class, though one staff member was very sassy and told me that I needed to be more "ladylike".

Worth knowing

Beach has so much rubbish and plastic around the shores. Really saddening to see. They didn't refill any tea or coffee. They have sporadic times for room cleans. One time they didn't do it until 3pm after we came back from an activity. I had pajamas in the bed. Upon coming back I found them on the floor. We had a rust stain surrounding the bin in the bathroom. Not a lot of hanging hook or table space. Unfortunate that it was raining the whole time.
