What guests loved

We had the warmest welcome from the staff we have ever had. These people are amazing. This place is set in a beautiful little paradise, sorrounded by tropical nature. Our bure was very spacious and comfortable facing the ocean, with a private area for relaxing and enjoying the view. The food was just wonderful with very generous portions. All the entertainment options were also very good, specially the Lovo ritual and dinner. We enjoyed very much the visit we did to the small village where most of the staff live, not to far from the resort.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal in einem kleinen Resort. Die Häuser in dem Resort sind sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Mir hat das abwechselnde Programm gefallen. Auch das angebotene Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

度假区不是很大，这边海水清澈、但沙滩不大，想浮潜看到珊瑚和丰富的鱼类都需要坐快艇出去。但这样的浮潜都不免费

Lovely but needs attention

The island is absolutely magnificent! It’s remote and private. Bures are large, there’s a basic reef within a swimming distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Charming welcoming and farewell ceremonies.

Worth knowing

The only truly disappointing thing was the food. It was just meh. Overly salty, too fat, and the fruits were just very average. The hotel definitely needs to immediately replace the entire kitchen team. The resort needs to urgently invest in a mosquito management program. I know it’s a tropical island, but damn! Too many mozzies and flies. We were also very disappointed to learn that there was a village on the other side of the island and that we could have visited it. There was also a hike to the top of the island, but the hotel staff didn’t tell about any of that so we missed out. Another thing that could be improved is installing either an aircon or at least a dehumidifier in the bures. It was +28 C and very humid at night and frankly it was not super comfy to sleep. They do have a fan in the room but at +28 with limited air circulation and humidity it turned the room into an air fryer lol.
