I know people are working hard and probably doing the best they can but we had to call up housekeeping quite a number of times and several times to follow up on a previous request. Not a huge issue but not great to have to keep chasing up for items.

The resort was an amazing family holiday. Plenty to do and eat. The kids had the absolute best time. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and made the stay feel really personal. There were plenty of food options. We only left the resort once to go to the Water park one day. A week was not long enough! Thanks for an amazing stay.
