Maui Palms

We stayed at Maui Palms for five nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The exceptional customer service began before we even arrived. From the moment we landed in Nadi, we received a warm, personalised WhatsApp message and were added to a group chat where we could easily reach out for anything we needed throughout our stay. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. Despite arriving quite late, the chef kindly prepared dinner for us, which perfectly reflects the level of hospitality we experienced during our entire stay. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The resort offers everything you could want for a relaxing Fiji getaway: clean and comfortable rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, delicious food, wonderful massages, DVDs for a quiet night in, a pool table, and assistance organising day trips and activities. We also loved the complimentary snorkelling and kayaking equipment, as well as having two pools to choose from. What really sets Maui Palms apart is its intimate and welcoming atmosphere. It feels personal, relaxed, and authentic, making it easy to unwind and feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire team for making our Fiji holiday so memorable.

Location, views, facilities, quality of accommodation, full kitchen, magnificent views from the apartment over the infinity pool to the palm-fringed ocean, restaurant well-priced and good food, just the most sensational place to relax and chill. Also very convenient for buses to Nadi, Sigatoka and Suva, which are at the shops and restaurants about 100 metres away. It's not a 'party' resort, so is brilliant for couples.

The staff was amazing. The manger was awesome. Nancy, Danny, and aqui who ran the kayaks and paddle boards.

Breakfast was great. Good choice available. Staff could not do more to make sure our stay was great. Thank you. Bula!!!!

We had a beautiful ocean veiw bungalow, the bathroom had a tub and shower. The room had A/C and a ceiling fan, we only used the fan. The pool was steps away from our door. The staff was wonderful. A variety of water toys were available for use and the they offered reef walks, hikes and weaving classes. The food in the resturant was quite good. Our stay was very enjoyable.
