Nice for only one or two nights

The best part of this place is definitely the staff. From before I arrived until I left, everyone from reception to the waitresses, was amazing. They truly make this place special. Thank you all!

The best part of this place is definitely the staff. From before I arrived until I left, everyone from reception to the waitresses, was amazing. They truly make this place special. Thank you all!

Worth knowing

To be honest, the cleanliness could be much better. The bathroom and shower looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time, and I also didn’t have any hot water during my stay.

Nothing, not pleased at all. The security on guard over night was the only nice person.

Worth knowing

The room we were in was quite run down, the shower barely spitted out any water, had a weird smell and was just not worth the money spent. Very unpleasant stay. Says in the extras: 1 parking spot. When you get there you have to find parking on the road. Very misleading.

Great location with lots of restaurants and shops around. Easy access to the beach. Room was clean and a good size balcony

Light from the corridor lit up the room very brightly as there was a window above the door. WiFi wasn’t great.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay. Our reservation was clearly made for three people, but the room was not properly prepared for all of us. There was no proper bed available for my daughter, and she had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. This was her first visit to Fiji, and it was heartbreaking that her first experience was so disappointing. We expected the hotel to honor our reservation and provide suitable sleeping arrangements for all registered guests. I would not expect this level of service from any hotel. I hope management takes responsibility and improves their attention to guest reservations so future visitors do not have the same experience
