The fact that it was one of the few properties available. But after staying here I understand why it's available.

I am never returning to this property and urge those who prioritize cleanliness and comfort to avoid this property. It has 3 floors but no lift so imagine tugging your suitcase up three flights of stairs. Customer service is best described as nonchalant at best. 0% of the Fijian hospitality. The room lacks clean looking towels. What is supposed to be white towels are old and gone off color. Sofa causes continuing itch. Room wifi doesn't work. For $320 a night the room is totally a ripoff.

Good location, and friendly stay.

Worth knowing

Top duvet was dirty had some marks on it and the shower floor was slippery due to not being scrubbed properly. AC didnt work properly so not upto European standards but would work for a cheap stay on your way to a resort or something.

Beds were super comfortable, furnitures were were excellent, kitchen and its amenities were excellent

The TV was smart TV but didnt have the features of a smart TV, like Netflix, YouTube, etc. The bathroom had no proper bathroom vents to remove steam from shower and odors from the toilet.

The room size and the location.

Worth knowing

The cleanliness of the room. It’s quite dirty. There is a dead insect and black mold on the counter. The bed sheet is also dirty with many stains. There’s no hair dryer in the room. You have to come down to get it from reception. The side bed lamp was broken as well as the entrance door light was also not in functioning so it’s quite dark in front of the room. There is no double door lock system. It has only one simple single lock on the main door, which is quite dangerous. The lady receptionist staff on the night shift is not so friendly but the morning shift is ok.

Room was spacious, have all cooking amenities, felt like I was home. Nice view over the port and Suva harbour. Comfy bed and good lighting. Walking distance to Mark St and the shopping area. Supermarket is not too far off.

Worth knowing

Water pooling in the shower while showering and toilet area and sink is too wet maybe from mopping.
