No response from them fir my request for early Check in as, needed to attend funeral. No luggage storeroom. Not flexible front desk staff on 31/8. They didn't have any options for early Check in despite my explanation to contact us earlier than 2pl. We had to take suitcase to funeral!! Bathroom wet after shower no barrier. Dirty towels. Not booking again for sure😐

We shared one towel, they forgot about the second towel after promising to provide one.

We were given one towel,i had to chase them for a second towel as there was 2 of us and no extra one as i had to wash my hair too. A lot of noise, loud door slamming from the corridors and rooms around our room. Our second night,We were woken up by loud conversations and a lady crying loudly followed by men talking loudly at 0300 in the morning. I thought there would be something rules and regulations about voices noises,especially after 10pm. The slamming of doors was worse and so loud, we were shocked that a hotel can do that in the near midnight when people are going to sleep. It sounded like the cleaners, because they were talking to each other really loudly in their language in the hallway. I nearly got out of bed to go out and talk to them but my husband said not to, that was our first night.
