Kaila Na Ua Resort

The hotel proactively reached out ahead of our visit to ask if we wanted any help arranging transport from the airport and to confirm whether we were comfortable with the stairs to our room (as they were a little steep), offering to help us change if we had any issues. The room itself was exactly as we needed, and when we ran into some issues with the bed the owners went out of their way to investigate and to help us have the best time we could for the remainder of our stay. Every staff member we ran into was friendly and helpful, and the sound of the ocean just across the street was a big help in our getting to sleep at night.

Het uitzicht!! Echt fantastisch. En een warm welkom door Warren en Roz en hun team! Wij hadden wat pech met het weer, het zal nog bijzonderder zijn als de zon schijnt!

We loved the ‘treehouse’. The highlight was the view. Lying in bed surrounded by trees and a glimpse of the ocean through the trees. Pretty room, pretty bathroom, lovely patio. The location was really good as we were attending a wedding at the Outrigger resort.
