I was overcharged for 1 night stay, no problem mistakes happened the lovely lady advised I would be refunded by accounts team- chased this up a few days later on booking.com messages, I was told and told I would be refunded and eventually ignored then I ended up having to dispute with my bank ! No great!

The location. The inside restaurant was quite good (except breakfast). Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there several nights and I would go back to the same hotel without a doubt.

Worth knowing

Free wifi would be good to have. I believe it would have been available at a cost, but I was not offered it. If I was the hotel I would offer wifi free for the guests. The breakfast was a bit modest. TV apps like YouTube could be added.
