What a relaxing holiday with amazing views!

Mana Island was simply beautiful. We loved the location of the resort, which had access to two different sides of the beach. The pool was very big and had different areas and it was perfect for my toddler who loved spending some time in the kids pool, but also swimming in the bigger pool. Staff was very nice and it is a great place for Japanese families too, as there are dedicated staff who speak Japanese. The room was very spacious and it felt luxurious!

Mana Island was simply beautiful. We loved the location of the resort, which had access to two different sides of the beach. Worth knowing

Just a word of caution - since it's on a remote island, there is no access to supermarkets, so you will have to bring everything that you would need. The food option, especially for breakfast and lunch, was quite limited, but dinner buffet was delicious (and every night had a different theme)

Beautiful location. Beach was lovely. Food was quite good. Staff were friendly.

Staff were lovely but the service level was below average. We got wrong food and drink orders multiple times, phone in our bure didn’t work, our clothes line fell down, no daily housekeeping service it has to be requested (except we didn’t get the sign to put on our door to request it and multiple requests for it still failed). We did get one housekeeping service in a week and they didn’t bring enough towels for our family. So much maintenance is required around the facilities. Two toilet blocks are available for pool and main restaurant however of the female toilets all were out of order except one. Broken sharp tiles in the pool, loose wires and sharp nails exposed in lots of places. Having to pay for WiFi seems unnecessary.

Loved the beach, the view and the infinity pools. Friendly staff. Abundant options for food at buffet with other restaurant choices.

Worth knowing

Although a good place to stay, this resort does need some repairs and upgrading. It's a bit worn and dated. Public toilet areas need immediate attention. Walkways require repairs and daily to improve safety on walkways and especially ramps to upper rooms at oceanfront. Not the best value for what it cost but a good mid range island holiday.

Overpriced, rate 3 star at 5 star prices. Most areas - Badly need renovating or reduce price! Most things were extra on top of overnight price. No value for money
