It is quite remote, no traffic. Beautiful experience and you are supporting a village of good peoole

Our unit ( 1 of 2) was right on the beach front. A lovely family from their nearby village cared for us. This is a real Fiji experience. Called a homestay but guests are not sharing the home of the family. Tranquil, peaceful, snorkelling straight from the beach frontage. The family cook all meals of excellent quality. I am gluten free and it was easy. Lots of fish and chicken. Fresh fruit and coconuts and natural s po ring water We are in our seventies and it was a valuable and very enjoyable 4 night stay. We recommend it.
Worth knowing
Sadly I saw plenty of rubbish on our walks and I don't see a regular collection service. Plastic bottles are a real problem?
