Accommodation and facilities generally were very 'tired", poorly maintained.While staff were friendly, we had to repeatedly ask for things to be provided for our room.... some never came. Frustrating, lack of attention to basics.

No hot water in bathroom basin air conditioner only worked on cold room lacked basic things ie no tissues no shower cap no milk the restaurant was extremely oily only catered sri lankin and indian food and pizza dessert just Ice cream and topping

The resort is located on a fantastic plot of land with a exuberant garden and incredible views. The Villas are big and comfortable and the staff is very helpfull, on time and very friendly. The kitchen was amazing, the food was excellent and the chef Rilshad was innovative and friendly. Highly recommend the SriLankan cuisine of the hotel to anyone that is in the Coral Coast.

The resort is a little outdated for the price.
