I was told that they don't get direct payment from Booking.com and they charge me while on checking in to the reception whereas booking. com already charged it. I'm am confused and I was double charged. Still waiting for booking.com to respond to Yatulau Transit to settle this double charge.

It is very low standard and looks unsafe room windows was falling apart and fly screen torn I didn’t sleep all night was scared , the hot water not working luckily I was there for one night only didn’t even had shower
