Breakfast was very basic.
Room was clean and tidy, but some facilities need servicing.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to requests.
Great central location with many parking options.
Room was comfortable with minor hiccups regarding tech usage.
Facilities were good, but some may need upgrades.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Did not try breakfast, but overall food experience seems positive.
Overall a pleasant experience with good management.

The room and bathroom size was fine and clean. Breakfast was good.

My food was either delivered to the wrong table or forgotten on 2 occasions. Room service said I didnt give them a room number when I ordered, when I called them after waiting an hour. Ask for floors 4 or higher as they will be quieter.

Pool is essentially in a car park - needs better surroundings (fencing/plants) to make it a more pleasant place. Restraurant very bright and cold (harsh lights and strong aircon).

The hotel was close to where I was working and clean.
Worth knowing
I had a room with an adjoining door which meant it was quite noisy. A face cloth in the bathroom would have been good. The air conditioner was old and noisy and not very effective. Considering the room rate compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Suva I don't think it was particularly good value for money.

I THOUGHT THE COST OF THE HOTEL ROOM WAS A BIT HIGH CONSIDERING ITS MORE OF A BUSINESS HOTEL AND NOT REALLY GEARED TO TOURISTS.
