Worth knowing
Check in - wait one hour for our room and at the end they change our room. We arrived at 3.15pm for check in and given room at 4.15pm. Air conditioning in the room seems like never been cleaned.

Unfortunately the only saving grace for this resort was the one staff member, Marley, who was awesome. Super friendly guy, attentive with our little boy and even walked over to the small island with us to collect coconuts. Highlight of our stay there!
Worth knowing
The room was very dated, with a bathroom that had cracks everywhere, no shower handle to open the shower door and water running from the toilet. The staff rarely smiled. We asked to book in at their other restaurant and was handed a phone to call their restaurant ourselves. The resort was full of people drinking all day by the pool blasting out their own music. Not a very welcoming vibe. The beach was really dirty. Super disappointing.
