Wunderschöne Insel und Aussicht, tolle Dorms in Baumhäusern. Klares Wasser und viele Haie
Room service was slow and required follow-up, indicating cleanliness needs improvement.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.
Location is exceptional with beautiful views and many activities.
Rooms were stunning but minor service issues impacted overall quality.
Great water activities available, though some amenities like Wi-Fi were lacking.
While some found it overpriced, the unique experiences justify the cost.
Food options were repetitive and not very tasty according to some reviews.
General consensus indicated an outstanding stay with memorable experiences.

The dorms were fantastic, they were canvas tents set up in the trees with lovely views, 8 beds per dorm with plenty of space for your belongings, 2 ceiling fans, & 2 lovely en-suite bathrooms in each dorm with plenty of space & good water pressure good water pressure. Great reef just off shore, saw reef sharks, stingrays, octopus & loads of fish. Coral is not the best close to shore but a little further out it's stunning. Staff were pleasant & polite but couldn't always give you the information you needed.

The activities board was only updated at lunch time, by which time you'd missed the morning activities, even the staff couldn't tell me what activities were on. The buffet food for the dorm occupants wasn't great & it certainly wasn't hot. There was a good selection of food but the standard of it was poor for the price they charged. The best meal was the breakfast. The day trippers share the amenities at the dorms but they leave their belongings all over the chairs & tables in the dining area when they go out snorkelling so when you go in for lunch there's limited seating - perhaps there should be another area where they can leave their belongings

Very well run by the staff on the island who were friendly and made the stay enjoyable! Lots of comfortable lounges available to sit near the beach, and snorkelling so close to the beach to see beautiful water, fish and coral. Kept very clean too

Bure didn’t always have hot water and no wifi inside except for restaurant and reception area. Food was OK and could be better, and the mandatory resort package is an expensive add on.

The new dorms are are nestled among the trees near the restaurant. 4 bunks per room with two private bathrooms per dorm. Comfortable and spacious. Each person has a little light and a private charger next to their bed. Two fans situated in the rooms. Unlike the old dorms which are in a dead zone, the new dorms have good wifi. lockers to lock up valuables are outside the reception area near the dorms. If you don't like bugs then be aware that because there are bathrooms in the room, there are gaps in the doors to let spiders and the like in. Cultural night was on saturday night. Staff is very nice. I did my open water dive here with Jacob and it was an amazing experience. The staff at the dive shop are friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Sheri, Sami, Paul, Albert and Bimi. Kuata is known for the bull shark dive, which I highly recommend. Divers with more experience and certification are given spots closer to where the feeding takes place but there are really no bad spots. Only place that allows you to dive with sharks if you are not certified. They hold your hand when they take you down. Certified divers are never alone either. Very well organized and as safe as can be with wild sharks. They place dive crew between the sharks and you on the way down. Get the photos and videos of the bull shark dive- even if you have your own to capture the experience. Non certified arent allowed to use a go pro or any cameras. Oh and you can get a towel to use during your stay for a cost which then gets refunded to you after when you return it on checkout. Corals near the beach are nice. You can only swim at the front reef. Parts of it is getting bleached so if corals is your must see, Id recommend Manta or another resort further north.

Food was just ok. Breakfast was the best, dinner was good and lunch was meh. Maybe because of the day trip people who come and basically share all the facilities with the dorm people. I found that they would reserve seats in the shade with their bags despite not sitting at the tables leaving no place for those staying there to sit and eat lunch. They have two restaurants on the property but the bungalow guests eat on the opposite side of the island. Met a nice couple there from new Zealand and couldn't join them for lunch or dinner. Not sure if you can eat at the other place. No information was given. I requested a bed near the front of the dorm where there was a breeze as I run hot but that request was not accommodated. They said that they were booked out, which is understandable but its was just changing bed assignments. As i was staying 6 nights it would have been an easy enough switch. I mounted my own fan on the bed rails on the top bunk which was good because other people in the dorm kept turning the fans off during the night. Upon checkout when I went to settle the costs of all my dives and OW course I was surprised to discover that the prices had gone up in the span of 1.5 months. There are no posted prices for any snorkel or activity so take photos of the receipts they make you sign for and also ask for a price list before you go if cost is important for you. They ended up honoring only the old OW course cost and nothing else. Ana had emailed me a price list for all activities early july which said the prices were valid until 2027. She emailed me saying they had to get the new list since they knew prices were changing. Prices had gone up twice in the span of 2 months.

Man er tvunget til at betale for deres fulde mad menu med tre måltider dagligt, og maden levede desværre virkelig ikke op til prisen…. Til morgenmad fandt vi fx. Frossent og muggent brød
