Friendly staff, but the room conditions were unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff member who gave me the key was very kind and tried to help, so I want to mention that positively. However, the overall stay was really not good. When I arrived at the first room, there was a huge cockroach inside. The staff member tried to get it out with a broom, but it did not work. There were also many toads outside the door. After that, I was moved to a second room. That room was slightly better, but still very poor. The second room smelled strongly of smoke, the toilet had not been cleaned properly, the shower tap did not work, and there was no soap provided. I only stayed for one night because it was close to the airport, but even that was not comfortable. A second night would have been impossible. The staff were friendly, but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
