Worth knowing

The first room I rented was the cheapest one at the front of the building. The curtains were very see-through and it was giving onto the shared terrace so I could hear their conversations well into the night. I didn't feel like I had privacy, and the terrace light was fully lighting the inside of my room at night. I then moved into a room which had more privacy but no windows. If I were to stay there again, I would book a room more towards the back of the building to have more privacy and a window (but no views). The people working there tried to help me with finding out the bus schedule but they didn't go much out of their way so in the end I had to figure it out on my own. Probably a less cheap hotel would have called the bus company for me. Simple things of customer service like that could go a long way if they'd like to improve!

the description on Booking.com is fallacious. they say there is a seaview AND garden view(!) in the rooms' description but this is only from common area. the room n1 is like being between 4 walls and the window faces a narrow alley way from under a staircase. There are no photos either. They also say there is a .... bath in the room ( do they mean bathtube... there isn't! there is a bucket in the middle of the room to catch the water from the dripping aircon, no batteries in the tv remote. the room value for money is terrible really.
