Amazing house with spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Has good views. We did feel safe while inside the house always but everytime we left, we were bit scared if there could be break in when we are no there and our valuables could be stolen. But this never happened so it was just our extra cautious approach.
Worth knowing
There is need for maintenance as door locks etc are broken. Water supply is an issue for the area. Locality has crime issues so need to be careful always.

Would have liked top sheet on bed besides bottom sheet. Second bedroom only has shower and toilet in same small area, no sink. Had to use kitchen sink to wash hands and brush teeth.
