Basically very nice Hotel but much run down and downgraded typically for Nadi area as a stopover location. „Don’t look closer“! Restaurant & Bar closes at 9:30pm but also the convenience store ;!!) - no snacks, no refreshments available for late arrivals! A fridge with some bottles & cans beside the reception could and should be available 24hrs.! Very remote surroundings! No toilet paper in room, only 1 towel. Breakfast very simple and only minimum. Ant or fly in Noodles! Shower and toilet dirty and not cozy!

The first night we were broken into by a drunk man. He entered through the balcony door which we didn't know existed because the curtains covered it and we thought they were just windows. He walked in at 2am. There was a party next door and we could hear everything. We asked to move to upstairs so that we don't have strangers walking into the wrong balcony door. The room upstairs didn't have hot water. We asked to swap again. The third room didn't have hot water for one night but the rest was ok.The noise from the door banging could be heard from our room. The walls are not noise cancelling as advertised. Neither is there daily room service as advertised. I had to ask 3-4 times for our room to be cleaned. The restaurant deserves 1 star review. The food was horrible. The vegetable stir fry was drenched in soy sauce and we couldn't eat it because it was too salty. Likewise the meat BBQ was covered in soy sauce we couldn't taste the meat. The breakfast, although free, was below average with only vegetarian options and not tasty at all. Cereal would've been a safer option than the hot meals which were vegetable stir fry, some egg dish, baked beans and plain porridge (with no honey). But there was no cereal, just muesli with milk. There was toast and butter with some cordial. That's it. Price was good but we'd rather pay a bit more to get a better night sleep and hot shower everyday. We got sick during our stay, probably due to lack of sleep.

- Don’t be fooled. It was way too far out of town. Most activities and tours won’t drive out that far. Can be anywhere from 15-40 min drive outside of Nadi. If you don’t have a personal vehicle you have to pay for transfers and taxis were very expensive to get in and out of the area. - Didn’t have hot water for 2 days. - Massive menus but limited food and beverage choices as didn’t have most of what’s in the menus. - Shower heads were broken and had a dead cockroach in my room upon arrival. - Had a mini shop which was the only source of water, you will have to do a shop before you stay as is so far away from the city. - Staff were a mix of friendly and unfriendly. - Limited options for breakfast considering it’s the only option for food. - Broken windows so is freezing at night. - Single warm blanket for 2 separate beds meaning one bed was left to be cold at night. - Charging ports would shut off every 2 mins so electronics take a long time to charge
