The location was excellent. The snorkeling was phenomenal. The food was very good.
Worth knowing
Mostly everything was great. One nit was that it was a bit difficult to manage wet bathing suits, towels, etc. I loved swimming and snorkeling, but then had no good place to hang my wet clothes out to dry.

Everything at Paradise Cove was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for in every possible way. The attention, the environment, the food, the activities, and especially all the small details made this experience unforgettable. A special thank you to manager Cesar and every single member of the team on the island. Everyone was always kind, professional, and ready to help with any question or request. The communication was always on time, clear, and supportive, which made everything feel easy and relaxing. You can truly feel that the staff care about creating a special experience for every guest. If you're looking for that tropical island paradise, this is it, the accommodation blends into the natural beauty of the island perfectly the beach front villa is an amazing experience 👌 🙌

I think that there is an issue with the management of this site, we were double charged 6 weeks before we stayed here it took me over a month to get the second charge back, but we did get it however due to the exchange rate surcharge etc, it ment that I was out of pocket almost $350.00, I mentioned this prior to my arrival and once during my stay, I mentioned that I was not seeking reimbursement in the for of money, maybe just some acknowledgement of the error and I don't a bottle of champagne or something. I bookex this for our wedding anniversary and stated this in my booking, this was also not acknowledged. We spoke to the manager about the dubble charge etc, he fobbed us off and then avoided us for the duration of our stay. The accommodation is lovely, the island people are lovely but poor management, the manager made us feel un welcome, I hope things change here as it is a wonderful location and setting.

The staff absolutely make this place unmissable. They are so friendly and genuinely want to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be. The food is fantastic! The ladies at the Spa really do have magic hands and can release even the tightest held knots. Particular shout outs to Abo, Ben, Queenie, Knox, David and Nebs!
