It was a real paradise. Snorkeling in front of the hotel was absolutely the best part. All the staff was so kind and welcoming.
Multiple reviews report strong mould/ mildew odors, cigarette smoke in a room, and inconsistent cleaning of shared bathrooms; cleanliness is noticeably below expected resort standards for some guests.
Overall staff described as very friendly and helpful by many guests and praised repeatedly; isolated reports of slow service, forgotten orders and one inappropriate staff interaction were reported but outweighed by many positive service mentions.

Everything was top class. The food deserves a special mention as it was some of the best I have had anywhere in the world. The activities were first rate and all the facilities were excellently maintained.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout. The breakfast was amazing, and dinner was equally impressive, with great-quality food. A huge plus is that there’s no mandatory meal plan, which gives you the freedom to choose what and when you want to eat. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were. They also offer a great selection of activities at very fair prices, making it easy to enjoy the destination without feeling overcharged.

Perfect balance of touches of luxury without being pretentious. Super lovely staff, variety of activities including snorkelling with sharks (the manta rays were shy while we were there). We had beautiful sunny days the whole time and couldn't get over the stunning ocean blues.

We did the Piper Rose catamaran option travelling between 3 resorts - it was such an amazing trip - great people, clear tropical waters for snorkelling, nice to see 3 resorts, (Paradise Cove, Blue Lagoon, Octopus). Great food - no meal plan needed!! you need to be mobile and able to transfer into/out of boats/climb stairs!! so peaceful enjoying sunsets on the boat and listening to good music. Crew and captain were excellent
Worth knowing
getting woken up early by engines/pumps - but it is an operational boat. rooms are small, but beds are very comfortable. It helps to be flexible in expectations and open to meeting new people. It is a boat, so ensuite toilet and shower are compact!!

All bookings have a compulsory meal plan, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, till March 31, 2026. These costs have not been included in the accommodation rate.

The meal plan cost has been added to your booking, payable 40 days prior to arrival. Our team will contact you prior to the charges being processed.
Breakfast is included with all nightly accommodation, Lunch and dinner are optional and paid as you go at the Resort directly in FJD from April 1, 2026 onwards.
A direct boat resort transfer taking just over an hour each way, free shuttle pick up and drop off service within Nadi, departure on 09:00 and 15:00 daily from Naisoso Marina and Paradise Cove at 10:30 and 16:30. Flights no later than 14:00 for the afternoon transfer:
-Adult (13 or older): FJD 229 per adult, one way
-Child (4-15 years): FJD 159 per child, one way
-Infant (0-3 years): Free of charge.
Yasawa flyer departs at 08:45 from Port Denarau and departs the Resort at 15:30 back to Port Denarau. The journey takes from 2 to 2.5 hours:
Adult (13 or older): FJD 209 per adult, one way
Child (2-15 years): FJD 136 per child, one way
Infant (0-2 years): Free of charge.
Helicopter is available for an additional charge of FJD 885 for adults, more than 2 years, per adult, one way and free of charge for the infant, 0-2 years, lap seat, no luggage allowance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
