Our stay was wonderful, all the staff were so lovely and attentive Shout out to Joe the bar tender, he is a standout employee, goes above and beyond for guests We had a few small issues in our room and we couldn't believe how quickly someone was at our room to fix it immediately. Service here is truly 10/10! We enjoyed all the restaurants and experiences the hotel offered throughout our stay

1) Isola bellissima con una barriera corallina stupenda 2) Staff eccezionale. Sempre gentile e disponibile. 3) Dotato di due palestre. Una vecchia con pochi attrezzi e l’altra appena rifatta con molti attrezzi di Tecnogym. 4) Cibo molto buono e vario sia a pranzo che a cena. La colazione è eccezionale. 5) Belle le attività che propone il resort ma sono poche.

1) Tour con barche proposti dal resort hanno un prezzo elevato. 2) Senza all - inclusive i pasti hanno un costo elevato 3) Pagare il surcharge (10% in più per ogni consumazione) per il giorno di festività che c’era durante il mio soggiorno. Avrei apprezzato saperlo prima invece l’ho scoperto con la fattura del check-out.

The stay was peaceful, and although the weather wasn’t very good, we were still able to relax and enjoy some time to unwind. The staff were friendly, but whenever we asked questions or requested something, the answers we received were often contradictory and inconsistent. There seems to be a lack of professionalism, and it felt as though there were no clear protocols in place for the different services. You often have to ask or request the same thing several times before anything is done. If you’re looking for a resort to celebrate your honeymoon or anniversary, I wouldn’t say this is the best choice.

What I didn’t like about the stay was that we weren’t allowed to do any water activities, even when the sun came out and the sea was calm. The massages were also disappointing. They mainly apply oil and put pressure on different parts of your body, but it didn’t really feel like a proper massage. They also put so much oil in your hair that it gets greasy. The buffet food leaves a lot to be desired, although the Indian cuisine was very good. On the positive side, the pillow and mattress were very comfortable. However, the shower pressure was extremely poor, and it took me a long time to wash my hair.

Snorkeling off the beach at the reef was vibrant and full of fish. The staff for the most part were very eager to assist you with a smile on their face in good moods.

I wished they would have brought cake on my birthday. They did wish happy birthday on bed spray with leaves but a slice of cake would have been nice. I saw them do that for others for their birthday.
