接我们到驻地的司机是一个女的，叫Holly，此人的职业道德非常差。由于接人的费用没有提前告诉我们，到达后跟她交涉，她的态度非常蛮横，甚至说不满足她的要求，不让我们入住。入住期间，我们联系邻居的车想出去游览一下，她知道后联系邻居，不让载我们，只能用她的车。房间的设施维护很不好，厨房漏水，一般房间的热水不热，电视不工作，个别房间还发现蟑螂……。

First day I requested the breakfast to be delivered at 8:00 - 8:30 got delivered around 9:00. and it was cold, eggs were not properly cooked. Second day came around 9:15 and check out time is 10:00 so I returned the breakfast. Wi-Fi was pathetic.
Worth knowing
Show the real pictures of the villa, on website it was presented completely different then reality. It was like a container and safe house. More like a garage then villa. Very disappointing for the amount money which is being charged. I could have stayed at 5 star hotel.

Villa 85 sucked and it was a horrible experience for our family of 13 who stayed there for two nights.

There were 3 villas we rented. There was nothing good about villa 85. The other two villas were okay. The view was good in Villa 85, but to enjoy the view there was no lounge furniture.

Villa 85 was total garbage. This place should not be rented. There was very bad odor in the main living area, it smelled like a dead cat. It was impossible to enjoy the house. The fan and AC didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work outside the living room. There were Cobb webs in the bath room. The floors were dirty. The stove didn’t work. There was not enough sitting space for 13 people to lounge inside and outside the house. The bed was uncomfortable and not enough blanket. Some bathrooms didn’t have mirrors.
