Worth knowing

Requires alot of maintenance! The place is looking very tired with things not working Overcharging with initial stay then staff very pushy to use ‘their’ packages which we found extremely inflated. Wanting to ‘charge the room for transport’ We paid cash but it was still added to account requiring an awkward conversation Frequently interrupted in Villa by maintenance staff just walking into the yard. Arranged for earlier breakfast within allocated timeframe because of tour. Didn’t arrive so was asked it be put in the fridge for our return. Left on the table all day. Wasting it Didn’t show up when organised, lacked communication when requesting confirmation of pick up times.

Advertised as coming with a boat when it doesnt, outlets are so loose plugs fall out or the plug is fake, breakfast not served when requested almost every day, request a shuttle 2 hours in advance and it still shows up 1.5hrs late, dryer doesnt work had clothes in there for 5 hours still wet, tubs outside dont work, mould in the shower tiles, pool missing multiple tiles, deck boards rotten and splintered.

The receptionist firstly gave me the wrong room. They gave us 62 which was huge but the place wasn't cleaned up after the previous guests. Dirty dishes, food scraps on the bench, beds not made and dirty linen with dirty towels left in the villa. Being told that my check in date was suppose to be tomorrow but checked again and I had my date right. They did a slip slop job of making beds and toilets weren't cleaned. We were too tired and needed to sleep as we checked in at 10:45pm after driving back from a sports event in Suva before they closed at 11pm. So to argue wasn't in us at the time, but I did tell them I would be lodging a formal complaint. In the morning we were moved to 98 apparently that's the room we were suppose to be in. So the receptionist put us in the wrong room the night before. I did ask her if there was any clean villa she could put us in but she said no. Yet, in the morning we were told that we were suppose to be put in 98 which is the correct villa for us. I've attached photos so you can see the beds were not made and the kitchen was left like that with food scraps on the bench and dirty dishes at the back. I reported this to the receptionist and she came down to the villa with another to clean it just enough for the night by changing linen. It was gross but we were left desperate. Not something you should expect in any accommodation when checking in especially at a supposedly luxurious Naisoso villa. I was unhappy because our first night was spent in an unclean villa and we couldn't get accommodation anywhere at such short notice that night. We chose Naisoso because the reviews were decent and the photos looked beautiful. It would've been a great way to end a busy week before we flew back home but it was not to be.
