Ive already commented few minutes ago as I had two bookings for my stay. Keep up with the changes, put chargers by beside, lounges, eating table (there are different modern types of table chargers). Make sure that your Guest facilities are well functioned especially paying so much to be in your hotel.

We found the bed quite uncomfortable. Our room key card wasn’t working properly so we had to return to reception a couple of times to have it sorted. The iPad in our room also wasn’t working. A worker came to check and advised to let it charge for abit & if it still wasn’t working to order room service by calling the front desk. iPad wasn’t working our whole stay, we weren’t left with a menu which made ordering a little difficult. Someone had to return again with a menu. When the room service eventually arrived the food was cold & yuck.

- Majority of staff DO NOT greet us! I expected BULA greeting or a simple hello but only some greeted us daily. Majority of the staff just stare and look away after a full scan of the person. Speaking in local language beside guests is very rude - try to train your team to speak english around guests. - I had to request more than once for something I needed. - I know the hotel is a heritage/ancient, at least have modern things around the bed like a powerpoint for charging phones and laptops. - last time i had Spa in your hotel, they were Fijian bigger ladies. It was so relaxing and I enjoyed it. The little ladies in the Spa were very good but not when there are big Clients - I want to commend the male staff that served us on Tuesday nite 01SEP26 inside the the restaurant...he was very good in his service. I give him 110%. I really appreciate his manner in serving us. - your bar fridge in the room is too bloody low and very annoying and irritating for a grown ass adult to bend all the way to the floor to open that already "mini" fridge! - one of your bed is situated right under the ever-blowing aircon that cannot be turned away all night and all day! The aircon is blowing directly at that second bed. maybe try to face the blowing upwards or a bit higher level so the guest doesnt have to hide in the duvet the whole night especially. - 2 days your toilets close to reception were closed! 2 bloody days! We had to either walk all around the Levuka restaurant to where Rabuka had his meeting on Wednesday 02SEP26 or go to our rooms. We just needed a quick loo visit but was a mission to find the next nearest loo...smh - i can honestly say GPH is a great hotel but some things need to be modernized to today's standards and the service at GPH is second to Holiday Inn.
