Worth knowing

Not an ideal location for solo travellers. The fact that you have drunkards and prostitutes roaming about. The fact that the bed is bedbug infested. Really really BAD intro to Fiji. Feel stupid for not heeding the other reviews. Do NOT stay here .

The swimming was set in a pleasant grassed area and easily accessible from the room.

Worth knowing

Stayed for 4 nights and not once was the room serviced during our stay. Halfway through I asked for a change of towels but returned to our room that afternoon to find it hadn't been done so gathered them up myself and went to housekeeping to collect fresh towels. Budget hotel, so attracts rowdy groups . We had two such groups near us playing loud music and still drinking at 6am which management did nothing about.
