It’s an eco lodge in a rainforest.

The toilet/shower is not close enough. The noise and partying all night and the noise from the room next door was unbearable. I dozed off for an hour about 4 am only to be woken to the sound of voices through the wall. By 6 pm they were loud enough for me to gather some things and leave immediately and not return. Staff are lacking in prompt customer service.

I love the green lush and the pond view from my budget room balcony. The budget room itself is spacious and not cramped at all. The whole place felt so peaceful with the sound of forest birds and slow raindrops. It was a lovely escape from the business of the city. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The room smelt good. The food from The Establishment restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I booked the budget twin room so i used the shared bathroom facility. The shared bathroom is close by and it was clean. I’m coming back with my family next time and will try their villa next time.
Worth knowing
The walls are abit thin. You can hear the neighboring room if they’re talking loudly at night. But during the day it’s pretty okay.
