Deluxe Suite Comfort & Convenience – Everything We Needed

We had such a great stay at Al Minahj Nadi, especially in the Deluxe Suite. It honestly had everything we needed and more. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after long days out. One thing we really appreciated was how well-equipped it was. There was proper cookware available so we could prepare our own meals easily, which made such a difference. We even did laundry every day (lol) and having those facilities available was so convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. The place felt safe, practical, and well thought out for longer stays. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a home away from home.

My experience at Alminaj was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone — especially families with children. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were very poor. The kitchen area was dirty, the sink basin and dish dispenser had visible grime (kai), and it was obvious these areas had not been cleaned properly. The pillowcases and bed sheets were not changed after the previous guests left — they were stained and had an unpleasant smell. Even more concerning were the safety issues. Some glass windows were cracked, posing a serious risk, and the door locks were faulty, making it hard to open or exit the rooms once shut. This made me feel unsafe, particularly for children. Overall, the property felt neglected, the staff service was unhelpful, and there seemed to be no proper housekeeping or maintenance in place. For these reasons, I would strongly advise against staying here until major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and staff training.

My stay was made even more pleasant by the friendly staff there. Particularly Tupou, who has a great attitude and always willing to assist with a smile. She is a real asset to the team. Keep it up Tupou! Room and overall facilities were nice and clean. Neighbourhood is also quite and safe. I will definitely stay at Al Minaj again.

Overall terrible. Check-in was really friendly but unfortunately that was where our good experience ended. Severe absence of advertised facilities- no coffee, internet, tv, towels, toiletries, noisy air conditioning, single duvet for a king size bed, dirty and very much past its peak. Location was chosen as close to airport and a supermarket. Would not return.

We needed to book something because our first hotel was so bad, we chose this but it turned out to be more of a locals living units than a hotel, the room was noisy and uncomfortable but the staff were amazing
