Generally clean, but some room for improvement mentioned.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, but some service delays noted.
Great proximity to the beach, but a bit isolated from other attractions.

I liked the space and in unit facilities - the units have plenty of space - lounge/diner, bedrooms. Lots of space and utilities such as tumble drier and washing machine, cooker etc. I liked the hot tubs.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lack of bathroom essentials - there was only soap provided. Towels were very tired. Rooms are not serviced/bins emptied, daily. The wifi was not working in the room. It took 24hrs to fix. The outside door lock was not reliable working, sometimes it locked other times it failed to lock. The pool area had plastic/imitation grass, yet other areas had normal grass. The hot tub was overflowing - I guess they left the filler tap on, this caused the tub water to be cold. Reception publishes and deliver a newsletter to each unit. However my unit, never received a delivery. There is a snooker/pool table in the bar, but it is so uneven and worn, it is not playable. I ordered breakfast, and it came with mushrooms, despite these being offered only as an extra.

Lovely self contained apartment. The restaurant was great and the staff were lovely. The apartment was private even though it was near the pool. The pool and the spas were great. The beach front access was amazing. The gardens were beautiful
