Multiple guests described rooms and common areas as clean and tidy; one report of discolored/tainted tap water reduced confidence slightly.
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several positive mentions; a few service lapses (unsympathetic handling of an accident, wrong wake call, slow check-in) slightly lowered the score.
Consistently praised as excellent — immediate proximity to Denarau port, restaurants and transport (Bula Bus), ideal for short stays to islands.
Mixed feedback: functional kitchens and large apartments for some, but frequent complaints about noise (AC, Bula Bus), light intrusion, some maintenance issues (balcony door lock, shower leak, uncomfortable lounge seating).
Good on-site amenities noted: working kitchens, laundry with washer/dryer, on-site café and easy access to shuttle/bus; generally well equipped for short stays.

Location was perfect for the next morning cruise from Port Denarau. The restaurant / cafe being available was helpful for our late arrival however there was not enough food / late enough opening hours for our whole group. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable.
Worth knowing
The cot was not available and took reminding to be available and was not in full working condition. There was slight mould in the shower which would not take much to rectify and increase the rating significantly.

Convenient location down by Port Denarau making it a good overnight stop to catch the boat out to the island resorts

Was expensive for what it was . Bathroom shower and walls had mould on them and several lights weren’t working .
