Very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioner was leaking water throughout the entire stay, and despite informing the receptionist 3–4 times, nothing was done. The constant dripping into the wardrobe was very disturbing. The shower glass door was also stuck and difficult to use. Definitely not worth the price paid.

The early morning desk service, the lift system . We wanted to come down early at 4.20am, walked around 2nd floor it wasn't open. Would prefer to be advised the night b4 what to expect if wished to check out by 4.30am. We were at the desk, the staff chose to serve someone who came later and made us stood there. No clear instruction on the Security whose stuffs ti be loaded first, Unnecessary delay at the reception, the Junior Staff was lost so only one was actually working. Effectively. Perhaps for future, request to ask Guest if wish to check out early, the lift operation time begins at what time? Organize transport to airport on the evening..I know that it's my responsibility to book my taxi.
