The only thing we liked was the boat shed bar and restaurant back down the road. Nice food and friendly staff. Nothing to do with this place.
Worth knowing
Do not stay here. Overpriced. Dirty. Overgrown. Location is not ideal. No blankets only sheets. No soap other than a small amount of shower gel. Said breakfast was included but when we went down at 9-930 everything was closed. Went to reception to ask and waited 15 minutes as the only person was inside on a personal call. Finally came out and he said breakfast was over. We checked out before our reservation was meant to end. I’m pretty sure the only other couple of groups we saw when we first got there also left early. The day we left some lady had just checked in and she was in tears as it was not as expected for her as well

The site was in an off the road but quite peaceful and beautiful location. The front desk staff were friendly - thank you Buna for your extra help and kindness with the suitcase and for staying until we arrived after 8 (sorry to keep you from your family). The room was wonderfully spacious. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. We loved the hammocks and the outlook.
Worth knowing
The rooms need to be dusted thoroughly. The door lock did not work - it was reported but not fixed during the stay so it was disconcerting to leave it open and retune to an unlocked door. We would have like to eat at the restaurant but when we tried to check it out, the chef (the only person staffing it) was on the phone. The menu was not bad but we didn’t eat there because we couldn’t reach anyone to book. We would have appreciated a quick explanation and map so help us to know the closest beach and if snorkelling was available. We didn’t swim because no one was in the pool. The place was largely vacant on a weekend in peak season. There is so much beauty to recommend the place - staff it up and consider transport to make it come alive. Booking.com said the airport transport was included in the rate but then the hotel claimed (by email) that it wasn’t. Getting more business may require you to coordinate transport better. The place has amazing potential. All the best to you.
