The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. I also really enjoyed dining at the upstairs restaurant, where the food was fresh, delicious, and of great quality.

Worth knowing

The shower gel in the room was never refilled during my entire stay, and I had to repeatedly request coffee sachets to be replenished, which should have been done automatically by housekeeping. The dining experience was also disappointing. The upstairs restaurant only accepted card payments and charged a payment surcharge, which was inconvenient. At the downstairs restaurant, I ordered fish and chips for lunch, but the fish was served cold and the chips tasted old and stale, making the meal very unsatisfactory.

I was very unhappy that I had to send my personal data, credit card and passport details to the resort before they would confirm my booking - I book through Booking.com to avoid these risks. Also, the daily text messages were annoying.
