The check in was a little rocky as they had double booked us and another family. Thankfully I was there 2 hours earlier and got to check in before the other family arrived. The caretaker/manager was so helpful and nice. She did all our laundry before we could blink it was gone and back, clean and folded. She always arrived early with a full breakfast. She was helpful with any information I needed. The only thing I’d suggest is getting better wifi as we could never get a connection. Also, the air conditioning leaks onto the beds. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

First off false advertising for private room no cookware, No cooktop, no utensils , No freezer / refrigerator , Not even bottled water was provided There was dirty hand towel in the bathroom, who even does that to their guests Didn't feel like going for breakfast which was provided but in the next door Villa where the reception is located If your reading this hotels.com and tourism Fiji, I want a refund. Paid $84.00usd for something worth $25Fiji dollars All I want is a refund Plus no sign outside to locate this place. No sign where the reception is. When I arrived there was no-one there. Waited 10 minutes Started worrying I'll have go back with taxi waiting. No number on the hotels.com website to call And luckily the reception staff arrived to check me in Private room is inside a house which also rented as hotel room.
